Catalyst provides licensed public adjusting, insurance appraisal, umpire, and expert witness services. Public adjusting services are provided exclusively on behalf of policyholders. Appraisal, umpire, and expert witness services are neutral and may be retained by policyholders, insurers, or attorneys on either side of a dispute.
Engaging Catalyst does not guarantee any specific claim outcome, settlement amount, or timeline. Every claim is different, and results depend on the facts and circumstances of each case.
Most engagements are handled on a contingency basis. Louisiana engagements are billed hourly on a non-contingent basis, as required by Louisiana law. Specific fee terms are set out in your signed engagement contract, which governs over any general description on this website.
